This is a 350 year old converted Millhouse located in the small and quiet village of Kercem, Gozo. Due to its unique cliff edge position, guests can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Lunzjata Valley, a favourite spot for both local and foreign painters.

Layout of the lower level comprises an internal courtyard upon entrance, living/dining room having cable TV, spacious fully equipped kitchen overlooking deck area, shower room, a decorated garden, private swimming pool with Jacuzzi, deck area with garden furniture, decorated garden, barbecue unit and an outdoor shower.

On the upper level property has two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded, both having an A/C. These lead to three sun terraces enjoying the unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside, as well as the Citadel of Gozo. There is also another sitting room having 2 sofa beds and bathroom.

This property sleeps up to 7 persons and is situated in very quiet surroundings whilst enjoying complete privacy. It highlights every feature this beautiful island has to offer.
