The apartment has everything you need for both short & longer stays, it features an inviting living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, and two comfortable beds.

The apartment features a small patio as well as a private balcony for guests to relax in after days of exploring.

We know how important it is to stay connected while you're away from home, therefore we offer high-speed wifi throughout the whole stay. Guest are also welcome to use the air-conditioning and can adjust the temperature to their liking.

Living Spaces | Step inside and be greeted by a beautifully designed living area, adorned with modern furnishings. Relax on the cozy sofa with a smart 65’ Philips backlit LED TV. The living area also includes armchairs for those who wish to unwind or read a book in front of a safe electric fireplace.

Outdoor | Guests have access to both outdoor spaces, equipped with furniture/seating making it perfect for both summer and winter! There are three separate external spaces; The first is the Maltese balcony, the second is the internal yard and the third is the back patio. The Maltese balcony has a comfortable table and chair with laptop use in mind. The private internal yard has a huge mural depicting the view of Filfa and a table and chair with reed décor and hanging lights. The back terrace has a hanging sofa and an assortment of nice plants.

Games Room/ Workplace | This space is specifically designed for those who wish to catch up on work and need a separate room. The room can also be used as a games room area and it also features a soccer table a blackboard for kids to draw and two small kid stools.

Kitchen| The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek countertops, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, all the other modern appliances, and all the necessary utensils, allowing you to whip up delicious meals while also having enough space to store your food.

Dining Area | The dining table can easily take up all guests to enjoy their meals together.

Bedrooms | Two bedrooms both with a comfortable double bed, each bedroom has a TV and an Air Conditioner. The Bedrooms have been exquisitely designed with attention to detail for feature
walls and very specific art. One of the bedrooms enjoys three original artworks featuring Maltese landscapes.

Bathrooms | two full bathrooms, both including a shower and a toilet and one being an en-suite.
