Kitchen/dining with sofa and guest room at first floor with open balcony. Old straight staircase leading to living room with TV and very comfortable leather corner sofa and WC/shower at second floor with small open balcony. Spiral staircase leading to main bedroom at third floor and continues to fourth floor utility room with washing machine, small fridge and basin and place to hang dry clothes. This leads to a terrace overlooking Cottonera waterfront with table and 4 chairs and BBQ.
