SWIEQI: (Short Let)This maisonette/apartment has its own private entrance and located in a prime residential area of Swieqi in Malta.

The apartment consists of a large spacious living room, equipped with brand new modern furnishing, sofa, TV connected to local cable TV, the living room has also a sunny terrace that one can also enjoy such as breakfast outside. It also consists of a dining room with a very spacious kitchen that includes all electric appliances including a dishwasher.

This apartment has also a separate bathroom, box room with a washing machine. The two single bedrooms are spacious with new furniture and air-conditioned, while the double bedroom includes a spacious en-suite bathroom and it is also air-conditioned. Fans and heaters are upon request.
